I work out for an hour to an hour and 15 min. Any exercise program will be alright as long as you don't overwork your body. If your extremely fatigued the next day. Something is wrong with your workout
Depending on what type of workout, and your body status( ie weight) 20-30min is best for casual workouts, twice a day. however if you are doing it for a specific reason(ie overweight) i'd suggest getting a physical to make sure everythings working OK, then id suggest a nutritionist for a diet plan, and then work out appropriately 20-120min a day(not all at once) always keep hydrated too =o (long answer!)
