What are some good exercises besides the kegel that work out the groin area? I'm asking this because I know I have at least another inch in there somewhere and I'd like to shed some fat down there

guys can do it too becaues it involves the PC muscle. It helps guys hold back longer before they cum to prevent premature ejaculations. Makes sex better. Also flexing the pc muscle in guys makes the penis fill up to the max with blood during an erection and makes it look fuller. Gives the head a shiny look lol.
