I've lost wieght, I am skinnier, I have more muscle, my acne is gone. Now I just got to feel like I lost those things. I always get sweaty so from all the nervousness(if that is a word) gets to me, I check my armpits to see if I have sweat spots on my armpit area, and I see a little. And I get worried about that and it creats bigger sweat holes on my armpits. Then I get MORE nervous and my butt starts to sweat and there will be a sweat spot on the chair. I need help with this problem I want this school year to go well for me.

Hey, you stole the guy's thread.Kiwi, you need to learn some relaxation techniques to help you with your anxiety...things like deep breathing exercises, etc.

I actually agree with SteveA. You just need to learn some relaxation methods. Breathing techniques come in handy. I am sure you understand the more you stress on something the more anxious it causes and the more you are going to sweat. You can also look into meditation as well. Whenever I am very stressed out I either meditate or use breathing techniques and helps me out tremendously.

i dont see why you have a reason to be so nervouse, im skinny and work out, but have an ass load of acne and is a real downer, sends my confidence down the crapper, and i guess it doesent help that my brothers are always commenting on it, just remember how much better of you are now then when you were, and im sure youll find most ppl out tehre worry about similler things so next time you see your self sweating and you feel self consiouse just remember no ones perfect and that many ppl out tehre have their own little things like that, even the most perfect perosn you can think of
