Don't worry, your president has declared that there is no evidence of global warming. As he sayeth, so it is true. You have nothing to worry about.
He recently announced theat he plans to get to the bottom of what went wrong. Apperintly the lunatics are running the asylum again.

YAY, I am safe...Good ol Bay Area California.

In reply to: your president has declared that there is no evidence of global warming The good news on this is that the Bush government now DOES accept that global warming is real...they just don't agree with anybody else on the best way to tackle it.
-
They do? Last I heard (a few months ago), they were saying that more studies were needed. It's exactly what they said 4 years before. They are completey full of crap. Even BP, an oil company, has recognized that there is a problem with emissions that exacerbate the problem. But Exxon-Mobile, which supports a very big lobbying effort, sees things differently, and therefore, so does the U.S. government.Walken> YAY, I am safe...Good ol Bay Area California. After the earthquake and the rising seas, the "Bay Area" will be in Nevada.

From CNN.com: Barbara Bush: Relocation 'working very well' for poor:In reply to:Barbara Bush, who accompanied the former presidents on a tour of the Astrodome complex Monday, said the relocation to Houston is "working very well" for some of the poor people forced out of New Orleans."What I'm hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality," she said during a radio interview with the American Public Media program "Marketplace." "And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this is working very well for them."Barbara Bush or Marie Antionette? You decide. No wonder she and her husband produced such a fine litter.

In reply to: "And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this is working very well for them." Good lord! And here I though it was just Bush who was Ignorant. Way to make us Americans look good Barabara. Shakes head in disgust

In reply to: Michael Brown, the director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, is being removed from his role managing hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Federal officials say Brown is being sent back to Washington. more can you say scapegoat
-
Nice job of vetting Michael Brown before you hired him as FEMA director, Bush people. His resume was full of crap (Time article).
From your article:
In reply to:
...the Washington Post reported Friday that President Bush chose unqualified political supporters rather than disaster experts to head the agency leading the relief effort.
He may be a scapegoat, but he's a worthy scapegoat.

hey, I really beleive that an incopotent employee can't be worse than the guy that hired him.
