Hey everyone, I'm new to this board. I weigh around 110ish, so I'm thin, but I'm gettin a belly. I need to fix that. Everyone keeps saying that you need to lose the fat on your stomach in order to develop a 6 pack/toned stomach, but I'm nervous that if I do so, I'll end up losing more weight. What can I do to tone up without looking way too thin?

do lots of different crunches. You won't lose more weight, you'll gain weight from muscle mass. Remember, muscle is heavier than fat.
