Well to start it off im only 17 and my testicles hang down pretty low like 3 to 3 1/2 in. is this normal it really bothers me becuase it is uncomfortable to do anything really only when its more tight and i like to wear tighter pants but cant becuase it is saggy , what is the normal length for a scrotum. Is there any surgery that can be done and will be covered by insurence. The physical state of this kinda freaks me out a lil too if i were to have sexual intercourse with a girl. thanx for listening

Well, ill have to say mine are pretty baggy, but wearing breifs helps alot (but if you like me then you don;t want breifs) boxer-breifs are prolly the next best choice, keeps them up and they still look like boxers. I don;t kno bout the surgery, tho, ive never heard of one, but that doesn;t mean it doesn't exist.

My balls sag sometimes, i havnt had this problem in the past but recently they have started to drop a bit lower. I dont wear baggy or tight clothes I just wear confertable fitting ones. I wear boxers, really baggy boxers, I may as well not wear underwear cus they provide no support, only reason I do is just in case im flying low and mr willy wants to pop out and say hello. I dont seem to have a problem, maybe your clothes are too tight?

Dude,It's normal for me....Every man balls are a little different in size, shape and how much they hang. I too have low hanging balls. When I was younger, I used to hate them, but I have learned to keep them out of the way and now have learned to enjoy them to be tugged on and played with during sex. I just get so turned on when I can feel my balls slamming into whatever and whenever we're having sex.Yes, at first it was a drag, no pun intended, but now like it when they are hanging low....I never looked into having surgery, but my doctor told me when I had my first physical for work, that it wasn’t anything to worry about. He said some guys have low hanging scrotums and some don’tJust learn to love them and have your partners learn how to play with them to excite you more….I love them sucked on and tugged on and I have learned to increase the amount of pain / pleasure they can handle…

I had the same problem and shared the same concerns. Roc had some good advice. At first it was embarassing but later on you realize it's all part of your package.
Ever sit on one of your nuts by mistake? Trust me. It's a good lesson. You'll do that ONLY once. And also, it's a wonderful feeling to have your nuts smacking against whatever it is you're banging at that time.
Enjoy!

mine are saggy too. I keep my sac shaven clean often so I don't have any hairs rubbing on my inner thighs. No worries and you are okay. for me..I'd rather have a baggy/saggy sac than a tight one.

Actually, my nuts hang really low too, and I'm only 15yo. It could be a "condition"(and I use that term lightly) called Bell Clapper Syndrome. It's not that rare, but you have to worry about one of your testicles twisting around. It's likely that it'll twist back from the tension, but if it doesn't then you could loose the testicle. That hapened to me last summer and I needed to have surgery to right it. When they did the surgery, they "tacked" my testicle to the inner wall of my scrotum. And yes, it was the single worst experience of my ENTIRE life!!!Again, just take it easy on the feeling you testicles thing and you'll probably be just fine.

I hadn't heard of Bell Clapper Syndrome, but it's described at http://www.meddean.luc.edu/lumen/MedEd/urology/bellclap.htm It's a failure for the testis to be properly anchored in the scrotum, seen in 1 in 125 males.
