hey im new to this board but heres my story, i had unprotected sex wit a female and she ejaculated on my penis, i failed to wash it off and within a few days i got all these little red dots on the head of my penis, at first it was bad, then i put some vagisil on it and it seemed to do the trick, but it came back and i have been treating it everday for more than 3 weeks, i dont know what to do..it also does not burn when i pee, only sometimes does it itch, what is this?? im somewhat scared...some knowledge will be very helpful. EDIT: i forgot a few lines, after a few days of having these little red rash bumps i had unprotected sex wit a ex gf, and about a few hours later the head of my penis look like it cleared up and it was all gone which surprised me...then a day or 2 later the little red bumps came back again...ive herd about puttin white vinegar on it and it would do the trick..any advice would be great.

It seems to be a skin infection. It's probably a yeast, and the vagisil should have cleared it up, but you may have stopped using it too soon. (Yeasts and fungi are hard to kill completely and you should keep up the treatment for two weeks after it seems to have gone away.) Now it has come back in a resistant form. You'll need a different anti-fungal (yeasts are a sort of fungus, so they are treated with the same things), with a different active ingredient; and use it twice daily at least, not daily. You've probably given it to your ex-gf too.If that doesn't work it may be bacterial and need different treatment. But I'd try a different anti-fungal first.

the first time i had sex with her she complained about a smell.. a "crawfish" smell discharge, but then she said it went away in a day or two..the 2nd time i had sex with her this is after ive been treating the infection, she hasnt shown up with anything...last night i put a little bit of white vinegar and it burned a little but when i woke up this morning it looked a bit more normal than before...looks like its doing the trick...any more advice would be great...thanks for the help
