Iv been working the PC muscle for about a week/week and 1/2 and then masterbating while trying to hold everything in, as i had been given advice to do.
but it doesnt seem to be working. should i keep working the muscle and masterbate more ofter while continuing to hold my erection?
or is there any other advice that you guys have had SUCCESSFUL RESULTS from?

A week... LOL... It probably takes several months to be able to do what you are trying to do.

Ok, different people will have different results in different amounts of time. Also, your results are going to depend on how many kegels your doing. Etc.I have found that doing a variety of different kegel exercises provides the best results. There are flicks (quick clench and release) usually you start out with 10 or 20 and work up to 100 or so. Personally, I have worked up to as many as 200+ in 1 set and then try and do 2 or 3 sets. There are clench and hold (just what they sound like) clench hold to the count of 10 release for count 10 clench and hold for 10, release for 10, etc. Again work for around 10 or so sets to begin. Build from there. Then there is the clench and hold where you clench and hold as long as you can. Release, for a little bit, clench and hold again. Repeat. These are the ones that many people recommend for controling ejaculation. They take some concentration.Things I have read recommend a combination of the above. You can also mix them together like 10 quick flicks then hold for 10 count or as long as you can. 10 quick flicks and hold, etc.Practice standing and sitting. Make sure your working the PC muscle and not your butt. I find that one of the best times for me to do especially the sets of flicks is while driving or during my commute. No one can tell your doing them. Only problem, if your like me, is I have a tendancy to loose count when driving in heavy traffic. Also, try throughout the day to do a set here and there. When your working at your desk, walking, etc. Anytime you think about it do some.If you are inexperience in PC control, I would expect some results in a weeks time. Not drastic, but noticible. Keep with it. It is worth it.
