Is my routine GOOD?

Also, my goal is to just get ripped, and gain some muscle mass. I dont want to be HUGE. Just kinda like that 40 year old volleyball player on the blowflex commericial. Mostly ripped.

It seems good to meOne thing I'd add to legs though: Squat jumps, after about 5 they hurt like hell, but they really helped me.

Squats do calves? I've been doing squats for a while, and I tend to only feel in my hamstrings, quads and arse. Never felt it in my calves. I feel my calves working on the leg extension, but they never hurt the next day.I went hammers on the calf lift once, and seriously could not walk for about 4 days. Mind you, this was due more to lack of stretching than anything else. Since then though I've respected the calf lift a lot more. Could it be that my calf muscles are much stronger than my hams/quads/glute? That once those upper leg muscles get stronger, and I start squating heavier weights that my calves will begin feeling it, or don't calves generally hurt? Thanks.
