I’m 16 and laity I haven’t been feeling normal. On Tuesday I went to the mall. I had that “I have to poop feeling”. Since I went to the mall I didn’t want to go and use the public bathroom so I just held it in all day. I remember on Wednesday I felt like I had to go in the morning but I couldn’t go. When I would push the only thing that would happen was air came out, like I was farting. On Thursday I finally had a BM with a lot of force it came out. On Friday and today (Saturday) I feel like I had to have a BM every so often. It’s the same symptoms as Wednesday, I felt like I had to go but just air would come out(sometimes nothing) when I needed to go. Is this a case of constipation or is it something more severe? And if it is constipation anyone hear of any home remedies? Today I started to drink more and more water to soften my stools a little and I started to walk around to loosen then up but nothing helped. Most of the time I push and I feel like I don’t have enough energy to push it out. I might of also strained something? (sorry for the grammer. sux dont it?) thankyou

Sounds like it could be consipation. Eat more fruits and veggies and try drinking prune juice. I know prune juice is nasty stuff but it gets the job done!

Note that the prune juice is a mild laxative that will help for now, but it seems you don't have enough fibre in your diet, so you want to a make a permanent change and include more fruit and vegetables in your diet as Amanda suggested, and then you'll find you won't have to drink that nasty prune juice all the time.
