i have worked out for the last year or so on and off every time i work out i dont lose any weight i have tried i now weigh around 155 i dont look like it but i still would like to tone my thighs and my stomach any ideas? :confused:

Well if you want to see your abs, the only way to do it is too lose weight around the mid section. You can do a million sit-ups but it wont make your abs visible if their is a layer of fat over them. Do some leg exercises for your thighs. just to clarify things, are u a female?
