Let us know more about the situation, do you talk to her or IM her regularly, do you even see her, would she even know who you are now, how long ago was JR high, what age are the both of you. Give a few more specifics and it will be easier to give suggestions. However, the long and short of it is that eventually your going to have to screw up your courage, bite the bullet and ask her.

asking a girl out is all about confidence, not cocky i'm all that confidence, just confidence in the fact the your a good person. You say she is beautiful and i get the feeling you feel she is almost unapproachable to you because of this (im probably wrong) however, no matter how beauitful someone is, they are never completely happy with themselves, and she may have her own insecurities. So, maybe find out something you have in common, an interest, hobby, place etc, and go from there maybe. Asking her out, whats the worst that could happen, she could say no. She won't be the only one in your life that does that, im sorry to say, but you never know until you ask her what she will say. As long as you ask her when she is on her own, there hopefully won't be any more embarrassment about getting turned down than than just that, i mean no giggling friends etc etc. The most important thing is to be yourself, don't pretend to be something you think she might be interested in, do you know what i mean?
