OK! So my new years resolution is to lose weight and get fit... So (looking mainly at helms) can I have some tips please???
I really need ideas on what sort of excercise I should be doing to get me started, sort of things I should and shouldn't be eating.... please help me! I'm really going to try my best to stick at this because it has been bothering me for a while now, so I'd be really happy if someone gave me a few pointers :grin: I;m so clueless!

First of all, what kind of exercise are you most interested in? Do you want to do weightlifting, running, join some sort of team, etc. It would really help to join some sort of group or program at a fitness center. You'll feel more motivated and you can get instructional tips on the exercise that you'll be doing.
A nice general way to begin getting in shape is to just get out to the gym, pool, or on bike and start easy. You can also join classes such as yoga or tai chi.

Ok honey! thanks so much for the reply ill keep you updated as to how its going. I already walk for at least 40 minutes a day in the morning , and sometimes in the afternoon as well..so I'm building on that. happy face

How about ankle and wrist weights (the small ones with Velcro)?
