Hi, I have a very tight schedule and I barely get time to work out, I have a 20 minute workout when I get home from school, then I workout before I go to bed for a bit, and when I wake up it feels like I had accomplished nothing the night before, or am I just paranoid?

Working out before going to bed

I do what you do too.I;ve only been doing it for like a week, i started at like 30 pounds on the bench (i know its low) but now im up to 40.And yes i am that weak.

I know exactly how you feel. I started off at 30, too. I'm up to 50 now, about to go on to 60. Your strength will build up quicker than you think.

Does that include the big heavy bar though? A full sized bar is about 45 pounds by itself isn't it?

Exercising before you go to bed may make it hard to sleep, and it's not at the time of day where your body is very active and awake. You would be better off to focus more on your after school workouts. Be sure that you're eating properly in the mornings and at lunch, otherwise you may be feeling more tired than you should when you're finished the day at school.
