for the past few weeks i have noticed little skin coloured bumps ont he underside of my penis. Alot like "chicken skin" or "goosbumps" and some are a little bigger than others. Yesterday one of them turned red..and i popped it and white stuff came out. It used to be skin coloured.it is still there and a tiny bit of white stuff comes out every time i squeeze it.
The red bump seems to be different to all the little skin coloured bumps..what are they?

Little bumps

The little bumps are sebaceous glands. You have them all over your body, but they are usually buried in the skin at the base of hairs and you don't notice them. On the genitals the skin is thinner and you start noticing them when they get bigger at puberty. Their purpose is to produce sebum, a white greasy gunk that acts as a natural moisturiser for the skin. They are natural and you should leave them alone. Occasionally they can get infected and that's what a zit is. I'd guess the red one was a slightly infected sebaceous gland.

thanx.
Is there ment to be that many of them though? when the skin is pulled you can see them pretty much everywhere and in one part there are some larger ones.
How long will it take for it to go away? -
They are supposed to be there and there is nothing you can do about it. Yes there are a lot and no they will never go away.
