Hello all,I've been having unprotected sex with a woman that I really care about for the past 3 months. After experiencing some pain while urinating and pus discharges, I went to my local clinic. The doctor tested some of the discharge and came back saying it could be Gonorrhea (has all of the signs...except the bacteria wasn't present in the pus discharge she examined it). I was treated for both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia which was on Monday. Today is Thursday and even though some of the pain during urination has gone away...I still get a little discharge and pain when I urinate. How long does it take for both "infections" to be cured? I heard it depends on how long you have the "infections". (BTW, I was treated with Zithromax for Chlamydia {drank a solution) and Ceftriaxone for Gonorrhea {got a shot})To be completely honest, I think I may have gotten Chlamydia from my ex when I had unprotected sex with her last March and got Gonorrhea from my current girlfriend (also might have Genital warts...bumps are forming around my shaft and most likely gotten those from my current girlfriend). I experienced some burning during urination around early August of 05 and it went away quickly; then again around Dec. I never went to my doctor because I thought the pain was there because of masturbation (after stopping doing that, it went away).I want to tell my current girlfriend that I was treated for both "infections", yet debating whether if I should wait until my test results come back (Feb, 23th) to know for sure. I apologize for a long winded post, just feel like getting all of this out and for someone to listen and hopefully relate to my experiences. I won't lie and say I am not angry and scared...what to do?Thank you in advance for your advice and help,Frank aka Rageset Edit: This may mean nothing or it could relate to my problems. About a month ago I started taking dietary supplements. Creatine and two forms of whey protein. Even though I started working out three months ago, I see the results...I did some research on Creatine before I started using it and none of the websites I visited warned about genital problems.

Chlamydia/Gonorrhea Treatment, how long it takes?

WOW! Hun. Go ahead and tell her what's going on. She should know to get tested/treated too. And while I can't say for sure wouldn't she re-infect you if you keep having sex and she doesn't get treated? And where are you finding these girls? I slept around A LOT and I never got an STD or back in the day VD. And you stumble on to two in a row?As for the treatments I have no idea. It was really covered like that is sex/ed.

I agree about telling the girlfriend now about the possible STD's. She Has THE RIGHT to know and it is common courtesy to let people in on these STD's you have even if you got them from you. They may or may not know they have it or them.
