I don't know who else to talk about this with so I'm just going to say it here because at least this way I can get it off my chest. I'm 21, in my final year of uni and since I became sexually active at the age of 18 I've had problems getting and maintaining an erection. To begin with I just put it down to too much booze or first time nerves but I can't do that any more. Last summer I started going out with a girl who was way out my league, absolutely gorgeous and the relationship ended because of my problem. There's another girl, more of a friend, with whom I have been sleeping for maybe a year and a half on and off whenever we were both single. I never had problems with here because we were always so comfortable around one another but since the start of this year whenever I penetrate her I lose my erection within seconds. It happenned again last night for maybe the third time. I'm lucky because she's a top girl and didn't make me feel bad about it but she didn't have to.I'm absolutely beyond desperate I feel as though I can't have a relationship because I won't be able to perform and that I'm just going to end up being on my own while all my friends are either in relationships or are sleeping around having a great time. I just don't know what to do.

Dude, ED (Erection Dysfunction) There are so many different things that can cause this. From the stress of carrying a full curriculum at the university, it could be performance anxiety. Maybe it from some medications you’re taking. Maybe you’re not physically attracted to them. Maybe it’s from drinking too much alcohol before jumping in the sack… There are so many different things that can effect a man's erection…If in fact you think you have a problem, I suggest a visit to the university doctor or see an urologist, Get checked out and find out if it’s caused by something mental, or something physical. If the suggest you take a pill to help your erection, I would suggest asking about taking Cialis. Most ED pills take about 30 minutes to start working and ONLY give you a 4 hours window to get and maintain your erection. Cialis, however last for about 36-48 hours. It gives you a little more flexibility. You don’t have to schedule your sexual encounters ..

I agree with Roc. I think this would be a good time to get checked up to see if there is a physical or medical reason. Some medical conditions can affect your ability to get hard, notably diabetes. Are you on any medication? Many antidepressants, for example (not all), can cause difficulties.
