hey, my second post today! Woo!anyway, i was just reading another post, and i saw "..hydrocortisone.." in some kind of cream some guy bought.i was wondering, i have "..Daktacort.." cream, for a possible yeast infection on my arm, and i was wondering as it has that iin it ( the hydro...thing is 1% w/w) and it also has "..Miconazole.." in it at 2% w/w and i was wondering could i use to to help stretching? oo lottery! wish me luck!cya!

The miconazole is the antifungal/antiyeast compound. It's not harmful and I suppose it could be used, but it's more expensive than straight hydrocortisone creams, and it seems rather a waste. Also, I don't know if the amount of hydrocortisone in stretching creams is higher.

ah well i have a whole tube of it as the skin thing on my arm has pretty much gone. will it help tho? even if it has a bit of that hydro thing? or is it really not worth it at all?afterall the doctor said it was a antifungal/steroid cream ( ithink)ps. i won £10 on the lottery :>

just somethign else i just thought of, this might be a dumb question, but erm, when do i apply the cream? after or during stretching? cheers
