Ok So I'm scared sh**less! In the next two months ALOT is supposed to be happening for me. I was welcomed abord in a newly blooming real estate company, I didn't want to say much because I didn't know if it was going to fly. Anyway, there is alot going on for the company too. I have steady pay until I start turning houses, as I have worked for them on various projects already. They will train me, put up with me for a mere 30% of my comission. In time only 20%. Which is opposite of what most firms do. I am also only their 2nd agent, with expectations of growing to needing a min of 10...What a great time to jump on board! On top of that it is a mother/daughter opperation.'Mom' was a single mom who also did foster care when her daughter was younger. Right now I don't even come to work at a certain time...we call it "..ish" THEY TOTALLY understand my single mom delimas. I will also be getting a business license in about 30 days, so that I can expand on the work I already do...possible employees of my own????IT ALL SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I am so afraid that I won't be able to live up to the expectations. I keep saying I already have or they wouldn't want me...as I've been in their employ for a year now.Is this the fear of success that they talk about? The 1st time I come home with a $50k comission I think I will just have a big ol party!!! That is 2 yrs wages for me now!I just had to share...Its FINALLY going on for me!!

Don't fear it, embrace it."You're afraid because you want more, not because you deserve less."
