I decided to check in on that "infamous" credit card account. I have all the pass words and all that to the ex-bf's accounts (I just realized it earlier)....Anyway that bastard is charging me for stuff that I didn't even do!! He never had the balls to send me the statement with ONLY my charges on it..or so I thought.Anyway, I got on there and found out that even at the orriginal billing, he had an xtra $100 on there! The card was supposed to be empty, and the 1st statement would have only had my charges! But he lied!If I access and print the statement from that month can I get into trouble? He always allowed me access before!!Its, the train I guess...just when it starts lookin up!

Sorry helms....I was ticked...I borrowed from his account, and in an earlier post I was asking about some of it..So I just rambled on.I can't close the account(it isn't mine)..I just have to pay it. I am not able to borrow to pay it off. In time I will have it payed off. That isn't the issue...anymoreThe issue is, I am only going to make payments on MY part. But if he decides to sue or something..is it OK that I am accessing his account since we are no longer together?

He allowed you to do so before, he knows you have the passwords. If he does not tell you to stop and he does not change the passwords, so long as you are not commiting fraud or adjusting and shit inside the account but only viewing it you should be fine. print it out and keep a copy safe ffhis gfiving the passwords to you is consent for you to view his not changing it or telling you to stop is implied consent to continue

Thanx Internet rules can be different than "real" ones.

LOL I am basing that advice off of Utah laws I was made painfully aware of in my divorce so for me that was very real.

Divorces SUCK don't they! At least I didn't marry this one! I just don't want to show up in court with a statement that I wasn't really supposed to have..
