When I was somewhere between 7-9 I was climbing around some rocks and slipped and landed pretty hard on a jagged portion right between the legs. The rock smashed right into the raphe area and some of my scrotom I believe.
I'm pretty sure I didn't ruptured the urethra, but I was wondering if it was possible that the accident may have hindered my penis development. I mean perhaps it pushed up on my U.G. diagphram or disrupted the peritineum and caused a premature ending of the scrotal decent.
The reason I say this is that I am now 22 and my penis when flaccid appears to be in the same developmental stage as a pre-teen in the midst of puberty (size wise), and not that of an adult male. Also my sac seems to not have done the perverbial "drop." If anyone has any ideas or any correlations that would be awesome!
