I've recently started lifting, and started taking supplements. I also started to drink a scoop of whey protein 2 to 3 times a day to help build muscle mass. However, since I've been lifting/taking supplements I have been having the WORST gas imaginable. My doorm room always smells horrible and people are constantly saying how bad it smells in there. The gas just doesn't seem to come to an end. Has anyone else experienced this since taking supplements/protein shakes?
