It is amazing how a workout can make you feel...a good workout in the right mindset makes me feel great...I wish I could be there on the bike for 24/7..lolHad to share, been really hard lately and this helps so much.

I usually feel sweaty and out of breath, and I hate it. But I still do it anyways. Cleaning, now THAT is what makes me feel great.

I love the feeling after a good workout; my heart pumping and adrenaline flowing through my veins. I feel relaxed... it's hard to describe. It's great though, I know exactly what you mean.

It's not adrenaline, it's endorphins. They're released after long, hard workouts, especially long-distance cardio like running, swimming etc, and yeah, it's an awesome feeling.

Yah, but I meant during the workout. The adrenaline comes first. The relaxing feeling of the endorphins comes after. I should've been more clear :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
