We all want to look like one of those guys. The thing is it take time and patience. Go to the gym and workout. If you're overweight focus on cardio. And most importantly eat right!. i cant stress that enough. you have to eat healthy! but remember it will take a good amount of time so dont get discouraged and give up. I myself am trying to build muscle, and its frustrating when everyone around you lifts more than you. but o well i have to deal with it if i want to be happy with the end product. let us know ur progress

I eat all of that, aside from jack in the box, I eat it when Im in Cali, but its not available here and Id rather have an in 'n' out burger anyways when Im in San Diego.
I eat what i want and I do not gain wieght.
Im one of the rare ones. It was a pain in the ass when I was wanting to gain size, once I got over accepting who and what I am its not so bad anymore to have the once pain in the ass I now see it as a good thing. I wil never be some big hulk body builder even though I lift and even though I used to drink all the gainer shakes and lift for 2 hours a day and all the supplements I stuffed down my throat trying ot gain mass. never did much for me.
I got out of highschool at 112 lbs, Now im upto 149 lbs 18 years later. Im strong, Im fast, Ill kick some ass but Im not huge and never will be.
Your genetics and what not etermine alot about what you can be but anyone who is fat can overcome that with alot of work and get to a healthy type of life even if they can never be a poster boy for the Ab Machine.
Some will always be over weight but that doesnt mean they cant be healthy. -
im just saying that, that is the body type i want to be and i just wanted suggestions on how to get my body like that and also helsman what should i eat if i can't eat ne thing with white sugar in it everything has white sugar like fruit has glucose fructose and others that i can't think of.. ne who can someone help me work out a rotine that i can follow right now i only do cardio because im to afraid to use the weights because i don't like making a fool out of my slef?PLEASE HELP!!!

so i could eat like subway? as long as i go 4 like wheat or rye bread*if they have*?? also is there any web sites that i can to, to find out who to eat healther and where they give me some recipes?

IM just going to say it Losing weight is challenging and is very easy to want to give up on but i can't because well i need to be in a nice toned body 4 once and because im going to the beach all summer to work/play and im going skinny dipping*and i don't wanna be like the phlisbury dough boy* :grin:

If you want to loos weight... Ride a bike everywhere you go. I lost ten pounds in 2 weeks last summer. I biked 10 minutes uphill in the morning, then 10 minutes down hill in the after-noon. I went to my friends houses EVERY day, uphill there, down hill back.

" You are is what you eat " - thats what Tibetians people say and absolutely agree with it.Here in the states sugar is everywhere, literally even in the meat! which is absurd(imho). So by avoiding sugar and anything thats not organic you will preserve your budy just by not filling it with something it shouldnt get.Think simple were there oil sparys( partially dehydrated stuff 4 xmpl or any chemically produced salt or sugar) in middle eges ? -NO and people were eating healthier and were healthier. So pay close attention WHAT you eat and HOW you live ( i mean if you are sitting in the office all the time even if you feel hungry wait a bit longer and still keep an eye on what u r eating)People (girls mostly) ask me how do i loose and gain weight so fast ? its simple watch your self, dont let your body contro lyour mind let your mind control your body !Look around, see all those big overwight people ? sure you do, are they sexy ? (lol) No? Oh OK, SO They not, do you want to be like them ? No ?! Oh i See, me neither, so get your ass in to the gym ,keep your eye on what your eat (and even if your mom sticks another hamburger in to your mouth tell her that you are full and you dont want anymore (tell em it saves some money ..heh)So anyway sorry for such a big story just cant hear when somebody tells me that OH,Iam so Fat, and cant get skinnyeven if i WOULD do something -GET YOUR ASS UP AND RUNNING,if you dont, that means you are all ready to be one of those SEXY Average Wisconsin Farmer Bwoys/Gwals Heh. all really good advice...ya make sure to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, i also suggest videos such as power 90 and slim in 6, im following the routine right now, and im beginning to see changes...along with the videos, you do still have to remain active and eat healthy.
