Ive heard somewhere that lifting heavy weights and going to gym for extended periods of time stunts your growth (how tall you sre) and make you have less butt fat.. Is this true?

The theory is if you do extreme workouts whilst you're doing through your growth spurt all the resources that should go into your height go into your muscle instead.Most scientists disagree with this though, and there is no evidence that it stunts your growth. I personally think this myth comes from the fact shorter people tend to be more 'tanked' becauses a) they work out to make up for their lack of height, and b) their mass because much more noticable because it's more compressed.

Yes if you do any form of extreme workout while you are still growing, it can possibly cause your growth to stunt, but i am fairly sure that you cannot shrink in size, and weightlifting will only stunt yuor growth if it is extreme
