okay i know this might be for 'depression' instead but i wasnt sure so here goes, basically. i hate my body. i know a lot of teenagers do, but its really making me sick.i have bony, sticky-out hips, thick calves and thighs ( more muscle than flab ) and skinny bird legs and ankles. i have a skinny, milky-pale torso and really really skinny arms. when i look in the mirror i look like one of those starving third world children, especially since my head is so big. also my face is quite tanned so i look ridiculous when im naked. thing is, my face and head are quite well groomed, and my body looks skinny and lumpy and fat in places and pale and ugly. i stopped exercising, but even when i did ( i never did much ) it made little difference. please dont recommend buying weights or equiptment, as i cant do that right now. no money, etc etcany advice? please!"

wait you have thick legs but they are skinny?Well change it, you can workout liftweights and pack on mass. Try to get some sun when you can. The body is great but you can change yourself with some work.

thick thighs/calves, skinny anklesare there any non equiptment exercises to suit my needs?

well I am not recommending to buy your own equpiment why not go to a gym. I mean I am not sure what to do for your ankles. I have skinngy ankles in proportion to my legs and calfs. I am not sure really what you want to do.

I think it is a depression symptom, Africa. In all probability your body is fine, but you're looking at it through a depression filter that makes things about yourself seem bad. Depression accentuates the faults and makes little flaws seem over-important and overwhelming, when really they don't matter at all.
