Hey. I'm 16 and have wanted to get into better shape and have a six-pack e.t.c for ages...

Anyways, I have looked around on the Internet for a regime or whatever, but they are all for adults. The problem being that my lifestyle isn't as flexible or easily changed as an adult's may be.

I can't go to the gym every other day, I can't just buy excersise machines, and i can't even drastically alter my diet because my mum makes my my meals.

So I was just wondering if anyone could give me some ideas and help. I would really appreciate it, and I know that other people in my situation and age would do too.
