Hey. I've started to retract my foreskin a couple months back. I was never told to retract it because my family is dominantly Muslim, but my dad forgot to get me circumcised. In Islam, everyone is circumcised. Anywho, I was searching on the net and found out I do need to retract it. So, I started. I found smegma, cleaned, and conquered. But, I've never really been able to fully retract it. Why? Well, there are parts of my head that are attached to my skin. Little parts. For example, the right side of my head is retractable, but the other side isn't because there is this little piece of attachment. There are more of these attachments lying around, too. This is not letting my fully retract my foreskin, and getting in the way of getting rid of disgusting smegma (which I dread).I'm 14, if that helps. Could someone please help me?Also, I've been thinking of getting circumcised because I'm a very lazy guy, and I forget to clean myself. So, I think it might be the better route for me. Thanks.

Something is stopping me from fully retracting...

Suggest you continue with the stretching program - it will take time and any residual adhesions will eventually go away. Using baby oil may speed up the breakdown of the adhesions. As your foreskin becomes more fully retractable you will be able to clean the head and the 'skin very easily every day and the smegma will not continue to accumulate. Then you will be able to enjoy your natural endowment and remain intact.

When you are born your foreskin is stuck to the glans. With time it slowly separates, but it sounds like you still have some adhesions. They might well separate with time if you work at them a bit (but don't force anything). If they don't separate naturally it can be done by a doctor under local anaesthetic.Once the foreskin retracts easily washing is not a big chore - it becomes something you do automatically in the shower.
