ive got massive thighs and i went on diet to reduce their size but then i went all dull in skincolour because my eatin habits changed, i now have a bike but it works more on my legs and less my thighs. which diet/excercise routine should i use
i don't think any of that is affecting your skin color/texture
If you want to get great thighs i have one word for you: Rollerblades. Just even a couple miles a day on them (it'll take like 20 minutes) if you're going up and down some slight hills will make you feel it. I just recently started rollerblading (nothing serious, to the market and back, etc) and have alrady noticed a HUGE difference!
