Hey folksOK well over the last 2 year i creapt upto 13stone. Im 5ft 7-8. and when i was fit before i weighed around 10stone. Anyways in the last few months ive got training again and droped to just over 11.5stone. Im loosing the weight and toning up slowly but i lack motivation alot and am not particurly self-disiplined. I wondeed if u had any tips / methods to imrpove this so i can tone back up again and get back to my once fit and self-proud figure.
