Did you have to pay for you sons equpipment and team. In Europe you dont every sport there is free the more people that are joining the more money thhey make so its awsome i played there for 2 years then i moved this this part of England, its across the sea, near america. Hope your son has a good season!
-
Yes, had to pay. Have to pay for everything over here, it would be nice if we didn't. Lucky you for getting sports for free.I hope he has a good season too. He only plays 7 games in 6 weeks, so it is a small season.Very unorganized, but nothing I can do about that.
-
I wish sports were still free... oh well. You can always organize a season that way you can put the times your son plays etc. Most people in my city do and the coaches just accept it lol.
-
I doubt it in this situation. He plays soccer through the YMCA. So there are a line of people through that.
-
In reply to: He plays soccer through the YMCA. So there are a line of people through that. I think they have a hierarchy system. LOLYeah, but soccer is always fun...at the end you get oranges and stuff....good ol days.
-
Oranges???
-
lol Yeah you cut up an orange and eat the slices after the game...with some water and gatorade...
-
the clip of ronaldinho when he was younger is brilliant so true sexylatinajared borgetti scored the other day as well so i bet you was well pleased
-
He didn't get oranges. He got a snack and a drink. lol
-
You should sue the company!
-
Well, it is my turn to bring the snacks to the game this week and I have learned that it is a tradition in soccer to eat oranges during and after the game. So I am going to get some oranges for these kids.
-
Two of the more common alternatives to oranges I've seen are watermelon or freezies. Be sure to get seedless watermelon though. And if you get freezies, which are best on a hot day, be sure to use a chilled cooler. But I do remember having oranges just about every practice when I was younger. I still remember how some kids would actually eat the whole orange (aside from the peel) and how most of them would bite a little bit and suck them dry. Such a waste...
-
hmm oranges...dont forget to bring nutrisional snacks!
-

actually any girls who do play soccer, how do you deal with the upper body problem? I was just thinking of that because I girl on my team got seriously outta whack with just one hit. And I would rather not.. end up like that. You girls where protection or anything? Sports bras are kind of ok but that just keeps it in place I would guess.
