I assume you mean that you want to put on muscle mass. Most importantly, you need to work out in the gym with exercises such as squats, deadlift, and bench press. Those are your most important exercises, and of course they should be accompanied by other exercises that are less complex and involve fewer muscle groups. Are you doing those and are you doing them to a difficult enough weight with multiple sets (you should be incapable of doing more than 10-12 reps except possibly on the first and second set).In addition, are you eating a lot? You need to increase your caloric intake, including extra protein, fat, and carbs. They are ALL essential for your body to grow and function. Eating junk will help you gain weight, but you'll feel healthier and more energetic if you eat healthy foods including plenty of fruits and vegetables.Now, I need some more specific details and goals from you. What are you going for, why are you doing it, and how do you plan going about achieving it?

My wrist doesn't hurt im just bothered by how skinny they are .Being 6'5 isn't helping either

Look at the sticky at the top of the forum, and look at some the excersises listed under "forearms". Most of those will give your thicker wrists.
