Ive been trying to figure what these little white bumps are that are located almost directly underneath my frenulum. Theyre sort of like if tiny tiny white heads(its not smegma, unless its permantely bonded to my skin...). They cause no pain or anything..i wouldnt even notice them if i didnt clean underneath there. Im curious to find out what they are.

Little white bumps

They sound like sebaceous glands. You have these all over your skin, usually buried at the base of hair follicles - they produce sebum, the skin's natural moisturiser. The skin on the gemitalia is thinner and they often become visible when they increase in size at puberty.
-
Hmm, possibly. The tops of them are much much white though then the average sebaceous gland. Maybe theyve got blocked since only in the last couple of months or so was i able to fully retract my foreskin and properly clean under there.

is their anyway of gettin rid of them?

I think it is called PERL PAPIA. I am probably spelling it wrong, but i have it all around the head, of my penis. I though it was warts, but the doc said no. She said she could remove it, but it would be painful, and many men have it.

It's Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) and that's not what he has.

Dude u just eased my mind,i have em also, but ive been freaking out couse i never new wat they were, couse ive never had sex,so it couldnt be an std,but i was still on edge!

You should look at teh Male Anatomy thread above.

it could be pearly penile papules. I have PPP and i have them around the rim on my penis head as well as 2 or 3 on both sides of my frenulum.
-
I also have two things on either side of my Frenulum. I don't think they're part of PPP, As i have that around the rim of my glans. I've always thought they were the things that created Smegma.

I also have two things on either side of my Frenulum. Those are called Tysons Glands.
