wow. i'm in the same boat as you. its a horrible feeling being depressed, especially when you dont know why. one of my coulsiers gave me a paper on 'Coping Skills', and it might help. it pretty much just says when your sad take a walk, read a book, write it down, talk to someone, listen to music, anything like that. good luck!

seeing my friends cheers me up but they dont like seeing me because im depressed and the fact im starting to get paranoid is really bad because i get bored then depressed then think they are all together or something then sometimes i ring one of them just to say hi and they are all together and then i relized i was the only one not invited and then i want to just cry or just do something to get my mind off it so i might buy a gun and goto the rifle rang and just relesse my anger on some targets and i hope that works
