Just wondering.. Do you think kalms and nytol actually work??? I have some, and I'm not sure if I think they will work so they do (more of a psychological thing?)

I’m one to support homeopathic medicine sometimes… They are not too big stateside, at least where I live... I like to use Melatonin (by Nature’s Bounty) when I can’t sleep. I don’t feel sleepy or groggy in the morning and it’s not habit forming….. I like to use when I fly for work or when I fly into different time zones and can’t sleep too.Helms would know a lot more than me....

I know some people who take kalms before their exams to help them relax, but I've never used it myself. They say it works. My brother was planning on taking some before his driving test (3rd time) to help him relax, but then was worried it might make him relax too much...not good while driving.I think they do work a little bit, but it might help if you believe it will, because then you will be more in the frame of mind to relax.
