I found out yesterday that I tested positive for gonorrhea in the throat. I am starting treatment as soon as I go pick up my antibiotics. I have had unprotected oral sex with two guys. (I was with one, then the other. There was no overlapping period). The first was tested a little more than a month ago and was clean then (this was a couple of days before the last time we were together), but we're waiting for his most recent results to come back (from about a week ago). If they come back negative, then obviously I will have to approach the second guy about it. However, if the first guy tests positive, and as a general reference, and I performed unprotected oral sex on somebody with gonorrhea in my throat, how likely is it that I gave it to him?!

Transmitting gonorrhea to recipient of fellatio

Proably a good chance of it.

I would assume it is a safe bet that the one who has it, knows he has it. He is probably a punk and is to scared to get help for it. It is pretty hard to ignore the pain of pissing razor blades. I know some males dont have symptons, but that is rare when your urethra is inflamed with bacteria and your oozing. Tell him thanks for being a punk and giving you the clap. Oh and I would say there is a very good chance you gave it to the other fellow if you had it while going down on him. Be cool about it and give him heads up as soon as you know.
