Ooooooook...
wait, what movie is this?
ummm huh? your gunna have to give us more info hun
it's the movie with Samuel L. Jackson and Sandra Bullock where Samuel's character's little baby girl of 10 is raped by these two guys and he gets back at them and kills them but he's put on trial for it. It's so sad because the girl was raped and almost killed and she thought it was her fault.
aw thats sad. who would see a movie like that? *shivers*
aww that is sad
history obsessed fanatical civil rights historians
i understand horror movies, moving movies, action movies, sort of romantic movies (i dont like them...but i understand why people see them) but i dont understand rapeish movies like that. http://imdb.com/title/tt0117913/
well it also had to do with some racial controversy and it coincides with where we're at in our U.S. History but still
i looks like an interesting movie, samuel l. jackson is always good, so im sure its a great movie. but i dont like mathew mcwhatever lmao i think ill pick up the book.
It was a great movie, saw it in theatres a few years ago when it first came out, its about the trial that ensues and how fucked up it is getting a fair trial as a black man and what his white attorney goes thru for defending him in the south. Its actualy a hell of a lot like To Kill A Mocking Bird, not the whole story, but fits basic structure reminded me of that book, never read the book, the movie was great, if I rememebr correctly, it was the movie that made mathew mconilhay (SP??) ( I know thats wrong but its how his name sounds so...) a star.
The movie gets better absters, keep watching thru the end.
the little girl was so cute though I felt so bad for her. that's like my dad. he would just go insane
God he was so justified for gunning those S.O.B.'s down. I would do the same if I were in his shoes.
ill have to see it, i wonder if i should just read the book or watch the movie.
the book is always better than the movie
any parent that loves thier children would, its part of why the movie works, most everyone can relate to it.and Java, I couldnt tell ya if the book is better or wore, the movie takes 2 hours, the book a considerable time more, I think it was the only grisham based movie I saw and liked, his shit is all the same, all follows the same formula. IF ya read any of his other books, you read that one, only the names changed, the basic plot remains the same.
i dont like grisham(sp?) generally, his books are boring. I cant wait to get myhands on a copy of Sebastion Jungers "A death in bellmont" or something like that, its supposed to be really really good. A Death in Belmont
Java my dear, Im far to tired to copy and paste that to look at a book, but if ya edit it, Ill click on it if I get time tomorow night to get online again. as for now, I need sleep, I have to do it all over again in the morning.
its edited you get some rest, sounds like you really need it.
