Hello, I have pain in the joint between my left testicle and my leg. I am not sure whether the problem is in the leg or testicle because whenever I move my legs, they hurt. Not that much, but approx 5-10% compared to getting sacked. This have happened before but when I ignored it, it went away after a week. This time however hurts a little bit more. What is happening? I think I know it's not testicular torsion because this have been going on since 5 days ago but today it seems like it's getting worse. THANK YOU.

Pain!

Hernia?

A couple of other posters have had pain in that region that turned out to be epididymitis, an inflammation of the sperm duct, so that's a possibility. You'll need to go to a doctor and have it checked out.

so it's not an emergency? and yea, it doesn't hurt when I don't move. I have to put my leg in one kind of position for it not to hurt plus not apply pressure to it. But when I'm in school and playing sports either I don't feel it or I am too concentrated to care (not sure). My left leg also feel kinda numb.

I wouldn't put off going to the doctor. I'm sure the sooner it gets treated the better.

I'm not sure, but I don't see any swollen parts or having it to be too tender or firm. It looks perfectly normal to me but for some reason it hurts. My dad said if I get an injury in the leg it would hurt too and he said it just happened to him. And it is very likely I had an injury in the leg and didn't notice it. Could that be it?

For me, the pain that I have in my left testicle/leg/surrounding regions is from my bad back. A visit to the chiropractor clears up the pain for me. It's just another possibility, but since none of us can do an examination online, you should see a doctor.

If you are experiencing numbness, you should see a doctor NOW!

It turns out it is a hernia. I am now have the same kind of pain in my right one and I hope it's a hernia too. Question: for testicular torsion or any other testicular removal disaster, will the pain be mild or severe?
-
Testicular torsion causes severe pain, which must not be ignored if the testicle is to be saved. Any severe testicular pain, or pain that gets worse, should be treated as an emergency.

So i take it you went to the doctor and he hid the cough test on you. I am sure he would have picked up if you had a hernia or the other side as well. You you have to have surgary for the hernia or or they going to leave it and see what happens.

Yah - sorry they don't heal usualy on their own but i have heard of cases that have. I should know as I am due to have surgery for a hernia correction soon.
Doctors said it is better to get if fixed as if left to long it can cause problems etc.

well, I'm not sure if it's a hernia or not. The doctor just said it was some kind of muscle problem and it'll fix itself and that I should take 2 advils everyday. It's been a week now and it still hurts. Can muscle problems hurt for over 3 weeks? I'm afraid it could be something else.
