Im 16 years old 6,2 and 182 pounds.Im not fat at all i have a little bit of a stomach but for some reason i have very small man boobs. I play a lot of sports and eat fairly well what wrong with me?
-
Why do i have man breasts?
-
You probably need to just tone your pecs up a bit.
-
Your body probably just puts what fat your body does have there then. Do you have pec's; can you feel them there?Either way I would suggest that if you had access to a gym you used the bench-press and also that machine which it looks like you are trying to clap against some weights with your arms out to your sides (can't remember the name). If you don't then just do lots of press-ups with a good stance with your hands slightly wider out than your shoulders. You should try to work on all of your body as well rather than just one specific area.Hope this was helpful.Mr. Nuts

If you're lifting and doing a bench press without a decline or incline then you should try those. Those exercises will work different areas of your pectoral muscles. As far as building mass you might try starting with 1 set of 10-12 at a low weight and then increase the weight slowly and decrease the amount of reps you do until you max out. For example it could look something like this.Set 1: 125 lbs 10-12 RepsSet 2: 155 lbs 8-10 RepsSet 3: 185 lbs 6-8 RepsThat is JUST an example. You should not try maxing out without a spotter.

What other kinds of weight machines will help lose flab around the breast area (for men)?I don't like using free weights, dumbbells, barbells etc, so the equipment is best for me. Any advice?

im in the same situation as u. have u done anything thats showed results yet? im in shape and im even a little cut, but my chest is still bigger than it should be.

"machine which it looks like you are trying to clap against some weights with your arms out to your sides "Pec-Dec i believe is what its called
-
Bloody hell! Your bring this from a while back!Mr. Nuts
-
oh...i didnt even notice that...oh well
-
Pec-Decs are so awful for your shoulders, don't use them. They can screw up your rotator cuff really bad if they're not adjusted precisely, which they can't be for most people due to different heights, shoulders widths, and arm lengths. Your much better off doing dumbell fly, which is the same motion only laying on your back using dumbells. This actually applies to a lot of machines, and that's why dumbells and bars are generally much better.
-
dumbells and bars...and things with cables, like the FreeMotion machines.

Pushups are free and they will tighten you up. Using your bodies own weight will lean you out vs. bulking you up.
