No, what you are describing would involve some sort of illegal program. Unless of course you are using a program like Timbuktu and one of them has actually given you permission to watch them.

Confused
-
How do you monitor other people chat then?
-
If they are on your computer or local network, you can get programs that will allow you to watch their screens. You will have to be an administrator on the network to use it tho.
-
You need to learn what a local area network is. It would be more efficient if you'd Google the info. You can monitor the traffic (i.e., conversations and such) on your local area network. That's the network in your house, at the local Starbucks, etc. If you're using your computer in a public place, assume that someone is monitoring everything you send or receive from your computer.
-
Yup, exactly. My school has a monitoring system on the network which the teachers can access and so can the librarians. You can tell when they're watching you tho cause the screen flickers. They got me on a bad day once and I wrote out a little message in notepad for them, so when they looked at my screen again it said "Stop looking at my screen and try doing some fucking work for a change."I got suspended for a week and banned from the library for 3 months.
-
Wow, they're not just monitoring your traffic, they're actually looking at your desktop. Now that is invasive.
-
Yup, luckily I spent my week off learning how to change my account status to administrator. When I got back, I had fun..
