Now I am not sure if I have ball cancer, but I do have undescendent testicle and I'm getting it down soon, I had ultrasound test not too long ago and I'm going to get results soon, maybe I do have cancer... But back to the topic, I have serious urination problems, it takes me about 1 minute for the piss to come out, and sometimes my dick hurts for no reason! I also have some white stuff spread over my foreskin, Fordyce Spots I believe, does it all has connection? I am scared, I think I might have ball cnacer I also have pain in my legs... Does it sound like I have testicular cancer? I don't have lumps, pressure, or anything like that... I'm having surgery soon, getting testicle down, removed if it's cancerous!

Does ball cancer effects urination?

Welcome to A2A, BoobObsessed. How old are you? An undescended testicle is at greater risk of cancer, but it depends on how long it is up there after puberty - the longer, the greater the risk.Urination problems can be an enlarged prostate - has that been checked for?White stuff on the foreskin is usually smegma - perfectly normal, and should be removed in your daily wash. Fordyce spots are also normal, but are small dots that don't wash off.It is most likely that the testicle will prove to be OK.

How many testicles are you missing? 1 or 2?
Has it always been in your groin? Usually such things should get treated soon after birth afaik cause the heat in the body is too high for the testicles.
If you only have 1 testicle which is undescended then I would ask the doc if it wouldn't be better to remove it even if it is ok because even if it is ok then you will have to get it checked regularly because of the higher cancer risk!
You should ask your doc if it might not be better to remove it otherwise you always have to get checkups and worry. -
I know that here in US they get testicles down when you get born, but I am foreign... But I wasn't born like that, it was slightly undescendent but it was in my scorotum, and moved to my stomach about a year ago, I thought it wasn't big deal but later I got pain and urination problems... I told my doctor and waiting for results, they told me that the risk for cancer is high though, I am 14 years old and I'm starting to get puberty because my hair is growing like crazy! I am scared oH and I can't wash off my smegma because my glans is too sensative and my foreskin doesn't pull down, but the urologist told me that he is going to fix that. Don't know about prostate, but I did an ultrasound test so we'll see. Oh and I'm not removing my testicle if it's ok, even if I have to do check ups EDIT: I forgot to mention another problem I have, when I jerk off or watch porn or just get horny alltogether my dick just feels like it's going to blow any second, why is that?

Are you getting the surgery soon? I hope they won't waste time. The sooner the better.Sounds like your foreskin is also too tight, maybe he can fix this all in 1 session together with the testicle. That's no big deal. You should discuss with him if you want a full circumcision or what exactly you want. Sometimes you can also try to stretch the foreksin, preferably when you're showering. You can try to make it more flexible with warm water and then carefully sretch it with the fingers. Maybe this solves the issue, if not you can still get a circumcision.

If the urination problems started then, I wonder if the ureter got caught up as well, in what I take was a scrotal hernia? tell your doctor about it, and they should check that out during the operation. See how the urination is after the operation.Do you actually ejaculate too soon, or does it just feel like that?

@Tony My forskin is not tight, it's just glued, and I;m getting surgery next week@Inelligible Sorry but I don't know what youre talking about, what is scrotal hernia?
-
Glued with what? Can you not unglue it with water? Anyway the doc will know how to fix it.
-
It's attached, it's not tight it just doesn't pull down because the foreskin is like glued or attached to it...
-
I would try it with warm water. When you stand in the shower then soak the foreskin with water and then gently try to roll it back. This worked for me. I could not pull it back. But after stretching the end of the foreskin under the shower I was able to roll it back. Imagine you have a rolled out pizza dough and then you roll it in. This is how I did it. This way I was able to "uncover" the glans bit by bit until I was able to roll the foreskin back completely. Maybe this works for you, too. Stretching and rolling.

The medical name for the foreskin's being attached is an adhesion. Adhesion is normal at birth, but at some time between birth and puberty (sometimes not until well into puberty) it usually unsticks. However sometimes the skin cells grow together a bit and it has to be separated under anaesthetic.
A hernia is a hole in the abdominal wall that separates the contents of the abdomen, including the intestines, from the rest of the body. There is a natural hole at the scrotum that the testicles come down through into the scrotum very early in life, that is then supposed to close up. If it doesn't close up they can sometimes get sucked back up, but the body temperature is too high there.
The doctor's test of holding the scrotum and getting you to cough is a test for a scrotal hernia.
