I've got something that resembles the pic here on my right testacle. http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/slm-maa/slides/normvar/images/hel006.jpg (The little bumps) but its above the skin and it wont pop like pop or anything, I've tried popping it a couple times but it simply will not, Its very very small little bump, completely white. Is this cancerous or something? nervous :P

Big sebaceous gland or something..

The picture shows sebaceous glands, and they can be visible on your scrotum too. They are perfectly normal. If it's just one and more above the skin than usual, it may well be a whitehead: a blocked sebaceous gland with hardened sebum inside. They gradually work their way to the surface of the skin. They are not at all cancerous, and you can ignore it - in fact, the best thing to do is ignore it and leave it alone. Eventually whiteheads break the surface and go away.
