Hey just wanted to post how I got back to being skinny. This plan actually works. Just eat breakfast, noon, and dinner. Don't eat ANY MORE when you arn't hungry. Too full to finish that burger, but cant leave it? Dont touch it. Also do some excercise at night. I have lost over 30 pounds in like 3 weeks. I never complained about my weight but everyone I know keeps telling me that I look great and now all of a sudden I have like 7 girls after me.Wow eating right helps!
