Today i was just like.. Garage saling, etc. On the way home, i just felt really wierd, lightheaded, etc. I know these are all symptoms that could be associated with Dehydration (Which I know I am) However, my right arm is also feeling weak, and it's shaking. Could this be the dehydration too? If not, then what? Also, i had asthma many years ago. It's reappeared over the last few days, and that may just be because im around my grandfather who smokes a lot. If it's not that however, then im really, really worried. Ive been feeling rather hot lately too... So anyway, if that's all just coincidence, then nevermind! But is there some kind of disease with those symptoms that I need to know about?

I sometimes have similar problems where I go really light headed and almost feel like I am going to pass out. Also sometimes my hands get really shakey especialy in the mornings. Dont know why :S
I have never passed out from it or anything bad like that and it only happens like once every 2 or 3 months but it would be nice to know what it is. -
Do you have low blood pressure? Being deydrated will just aggravate the problem.

I was gonna say low blood pressure, i got realy sick a few months ago any i was always in bed, when i got up i passed out a couple of times. The doctor said thats what it was

It sounds like low blood suger to me.. What did you eat that day before you started feeling that way??
-
Yeah I do have low blood pressure... Haha, everytime I get up my ears ring:P How do I raise my BP anyway? Im getting tired of almost blacking out every day! I dont remember what I ate that day Roc. Most likely something sweet though on the count of my sweet tooth and the cookies sitting in the cabinet... o.0 Also, my grandparents keep a large supply of sprite and pepsi in the fridge... (I think theyre fattening me up to eat me! Thank god for my high metabolism...) Yeah, I hope to god im not diabetic, but I dont think I am anyway...:)

None of that stuff will raise your blood pressure, unless you eat so much of it that you gain weight.Eat salt and your blood pressure will go up. Unfortunately, salty foods tend to be unhealthy in other ways (containing lots of fat, or lots of unhealthy kinds of fat).
