hi, sorry to post two health and fitness threads in a row here...im going to florida in july for 2 weeks with my mom n sis. im an okay looking guy, nothing special, but some of my problems are1. im very skinny2. im very pale3. my penis hangs out of swim shorts a lotnow, as for the third one its hard to ask my mom to buy me extra long trunks...and i mean i hate being topless in public. everyone in america will be all tanned and muscley and ill be this weird little twig with the goofy smile. i can always get a tanning cream to gradually give myself a bit of a more bronzed color but is it possible to get a little more muscley before july? thats a few weeks...seriously im tall but so skinny i dont even fill out a small sized t shirt which is embarassing. thanks-ak

Do you lift weights or have you tried pushups before going to bed? Those really bulk you up and I know they worked on me

If your package hangs out of your swim shorts then you must have a huge package or realy small shorts. Just go out and get yourself some bigger ones. Im surprised no ones noticed it swinging about.

yes. ill describe exactly what i do to explain,
i used to do pushups every night before bed on my fists. i dont have a lot of body mass and im skinny. at my peak, i could do about 60 without collapsing. that was on rare nights though. id usually collapse after 40-45. actually, i found my mindframe really changed things ( like if i counted down to 45, that would be my limit, but if i just pushed up and only counted in tens ( 1 2...10, repeated ) i could do a lot more. anyway, i dont do them regularly anymore. i stopped for a while. now i do them again. is going on and off bad? they dont bulk me up though. i cant increase my limit anymore.
i do one exercise which involves standing with my back facing a sturdy, butt-high table. i put my palms on the ridge of this tabletop, extend my legs out in front of me together, tighten my chest and lower myself, up and down about 20-25 times. i find this makes my chest rock hard, though i cant do it properly anymore. what is this called?

i think you are describing some sort of bodyweight dip. but i think you should hit up the gym and EAT. dont be afraid of getting fat, if you are skinny now thats gonna take a lot. eat lots of tuna, meat, get your protein up. eat another meal (or two) a day. it takes some getting used to but with exercising three times a week and eating more you'll look healthier and bigger in due time.

Well I can tell you if you want to bulk up the best way to do it is to eat five or six meals a day. trust me this will help you gain weight and if you want muscle work out after each meal weights will do the best. trust me you will bulk up quickly but you have to this regurlaly.
