I've just found out that when you squeeze your penis during an orgasm you block the passage in which your semen floods through, and thus eliminates any sperm from leaking out the tip. I've also discovered that this is called "sperm holding?"So my question is, is it healthy to hold your sperm in? Because it's a lot easier to jack off without getting caught now

Sperm Holding

I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong BUT I believe what this does is empty the "cum" into your bladder. I dated a guy that used to do that so when we had sex it would make a mess. I don't believe it's dangerous to do this, but I personally like to cum on my body.

Thank you for the rellly sexy images!

You're welcome

" but I personally like to cum on my body. "Eddie, You should play Hockey!

I cannot find the thread about this exact topic we had a long time ago but it was stated there that there was no harm in doing this practice. And Roc:If I get to play with all the sexy Jocks.. I'm there!!
-
Okay thanks for your replies guys I feel like I understand now.
-
If I remember correctly, it doesn't cause harm if you use the muscles down there to hold back the ejaculation, but if you just clamp down on your penis with your hand, it can cause problems.
-
Thanks for clearing that up lol.I am not sure exactly how the guy I dated did it. It was like he pressed below the testicals or something. I dunno lol. It was just odd to me hehe
-
I suspect that it's largely speculation and what is needed is a proper study. It wouldn't be easy to do, though.

In reply to:If I remember correctly, it doesn't cause harm if you use the muscles down there to hold back the ejaculation, but if you just clamp down on your penis with your hand, it can cause problems. Exactly right. If you physically clamp down on your penis to prevent semen from flowing out during ejaculation, it puts too much pressure on the vas deferens, forces semen to back up into the seminal vesicles, prostate, and bladder, and basically forces sperm and semen ingredients where they don't belong. It can then decompose inside the body and possibly cause infection. It's harmless if it gets forced back into the bladder, as you'll just urinate the semen out next time you pee, but it doesn't always work out that way. Also, this practice can weaken the valve that blocks urine from coming out of the bladder during ejaculation, and this can cause permanent retrograde ejaculation, or urine mixing with your semen, which causes infertility as the urine kills sperm. Bottom line: I wouldn't do it.

Focus is right on the money here as you it is bad to physically block the urethra during ejaculation. You should not block it by squeezing the underside of your penis, compressing the urethra or by putting blocking the urinary meatus (the pee hole.)Blocking an ejaculation can cause high pressure buildup in the organs focus mentioned and could result in long-term damage. It is not a good idea.If you use your PC muscles (the ones you exercise when you stop peeing and when you deliver that "last squirt" of urine) to hold back the ejaculation during orgasm, that is fine as you are not causing the pressure buildup. But it does take practice to do it that way.
-
I've heard that, and everyone says it, and it may be true, but is there any actual data that supporrts those ideas?
-
I don't know about "data" but I've read it on various medical websites, such as WebMd (I think) and in Men's Health magazine.
Then theres the "common sense" test: there's got to be some pretty good pressure to expel semen from the body, and blocking that unnaturally cannot be good thing. Nature wants the semen to leave the body and impregnate the female.
-
"Common sense" often fails when it comes to medicine. I wonder if it's really safe (at least for everyone) to hold back the flow by clamping a sphincter. Or if, in general, it's really harmful no matter what you do.
A lot of fold wisdom in medicine turns out to be wrong. For me, I wouldn't take a chance holding it back either way.

i do it all the time and im perfectly fine i honestly think some of it for me at least just leaks out later but ive been at it for a year or so and im fine
-
Is doing it a year long term? Maybe, maybe not. You may be fine now but what about later?
-
Try this experiment. The next time your peeing, squeeze down good on your urethra and see what that feels like. My guess is that it probably won't feel too good to you. Keep in mind the urine is expelled from the body with far less force than semen, and I think you can surmise that it's not a good idea to hold back the ejaculation by blocking the urethra.

My question is, why would you? Sperm holding is not only really unnatural, but it seems like it would ruin the pleasurable experience. Ejaculation is part of the fun. Are saving up for something? Just let it go.
