Two things here really.First.I see people doing something where they are lying on their back and then they bring their legs up and "jump up" and then they are standing. I wouldn't mind knowing how to do this for no particular reason. Just wondering how to do it if anyone knows or has any links. They do it on WWF or something where i have caught a small part of that shite program.Second.I am crap at sit-ups, I want to join the Royal Marines and you have to be at least reasonable at them.A royal marine sit-up is where you lie on your back; legs bent but together and then you sit-up and touch your knees with your elbows. Absolute crap at them. Any tips how to get better at them. Obviously do loads of them but any ideas.Mr. Nuts

I can do that, get your hands behind your head, pull up your feet to your chin and in one movement push off with your hands, arch your back and kick out wiht your feet, explode and land on your feet.its not htat hard to do after you finally get that first one figured out.its a matter of timing and getting your weight in the air and your hands pushing you to your feet.Iv seen people do it, jackie chan I think, with no hands, Im not capable of that, that takes real skill and musles and training.
