plz help mei am really confused with all this puberty stuff and i am getting really nevous about my period also... everytime i feel sick i always just try and stay quiet and wait and see if i have my period cause i dont want to look like an idiot

Pimples at your age are to be expected and have to do with hormones as much as anything else. Cleansing properly morning and night will help a lot, but won't stop pimples alltogether - and don't worry your peers at school will get them too, its part of being the age you are.As for periods, don't sweat it honey, you can worry and panic etc and it will come at the time you least expect anyway LOL so try not to panic, keep a pad on you or in your bag - thats about all you can do to be honest.

Thank u... Ur a real help.

Does any1 else have anything to add to that???

At this time not too many people are on so you may have to wait a while. You're probably lucky that you're getting your acne breakout so early. When you're in your later teens and hopefully acne free you'll be glad you got it out of the way.Go to your doctor, there are medications to get rid of acne.

I use a cleanser everydayI hope you are also using a moisterizer, too? Even if your face is oily and greasy, you still need to use a moisterizer afterwards, just one with a non-shine formula. And your acne won't disappear overnight, it's going to gradually lessen.

You can look into different things for this. Proactiv is a great product. You may want to look into it. Talk to your parents about setting up a dermatoligist for you. And whenever you do have your period, birth control can help acne.
-
Thanx all of u but i dont have acne!!! It is just some pimples on my forehead that i am freatting about but yesterday when i went to school i realized that i wasn't the only one with pimples on their forehead!!!
-
It's still considered acne. But that's good that you've come to terms with it. Research how to take care of your skin properly when you have pimples so that way you won't have to worry about scarring.
-
Well I got two suggestions first try proactiv, trust me that thing did miracles on my face clean me up almost completly I only get a little bit anymore. If that doesn't work than try going dermatologist they will get something stronger for you that will help a lot more.
-
I asked mum to try proactive but she said that the stuff i had at home was way better and that proactive is just a gimik. The stuff i have at home though i think barely works soo i have no idea what she thinks it is doing but it is just junk!!!
-
Well, I can personally vouch for the proactiv product. It worked very well for me. I still use it and my acne is not nearly as bad as it used to be.
-
Oh proactiv is no gimick trust that junk has help so much trust me. I have tried everything and my mom didn't believe and we bought it work perfectly. Trust me you should soon before your acne turns bad like mine did I wish I had bought sooner.
-
How long have you been using it? I'm going on 2 years now.
-
u should try proactive, i use it, but it only works if u use it 2 times a day
-
I use mine twice a day as well. But it depends on your skin sensitivity.
-
funny thing i got pimples when i was 13 but i never bothered using acne cleanser because i am in sports and i wears off.but at least i got my under controlled now.
-
Roc showed me this:www.acne.orgIt worked for me, only thing really, not even prescriptions worked for me. I highly suggest you do it. Don't knock off the routine on this though, I'm serious, if you procrastinate then it won't work. It's up to you really.

I'm not sure how reliable their info is, but what they say about the relationship between diet and acne (basically, none) is interesting.
