To start off with, I'm 15, male, and I dyed my hair 5 months ago. Anyways, lately I've been noticing that my hair seems to be falling out a lot easier than it has ever had. Even while doing the most simplest things like just running my fingers through my hair, every once and a while, I actually see that I'm holding 2-5 strands of hair in my hand when I'm done. And when I shower, usually a couple strands of hair get washed down the drain. I read somewhere that people usually shed 150 hairs a day anyways so it shouldn't be too much of a worry, but I've never seen my hair fall out like this before. Just to add though , no one in my family has ever suffered from hair loss or anything. But should I be worried?

I'm a little scared now~~~

**I wouldn't worry too much hon, it all sounds normal, i have been dying my hair for years, and still got it all LOL hair falls out for lots of reasons, hormones, seasons - what you read about people losing hair all the time was true, i really wouldn't worry unless clumps are falling out and you are getting bald spots. **

Ah, thank you I only lose a minor amount of strands every now and then but I never saw it fall out so easily when I touched it before so I got a little worried. Thanks for the relief

If it's bad you can get this shampoo called Nioxin and it helps counter that but it's really expensive.
