When you buy something that works, you can guarantee that it was made in Japan or Germany. Japanfan, can I hitch a ride with you in your suitcase? I want to go too..please.
-
it's funny when you think about it... it wasn't really all that long ago when "made in Japan" meant "cheap plastic knock-off"Although, Honda, Isuzu and Datsun/Nissan have been making great cars for years... just not all of them actually made it to North American roads
-
Almost everyone is Japanese there, while most people in the U.S. are not Japanese.
-
Japanfan, you should be able to read my avartor by now if you plan on going to Japan, do you know what it says? Domo arigotto.

I'm the only kid in my group that even knows a little bit of Japanese. give me a break. I'm not working on the writing ATM

Good point. Leon83, how would you answer the question, "What is American culture like?"
-
I wanted to know the type of foods they eat.
-
Then why dindn't you say "Japanese food" instead of "Japanese culture"?As a start, go to Japan-guide.com, go down to Japan A-Z, and click on Food.
-

This will tell you something about their culture

In reply to:
The culture of the United States is rooted in its origin as British colonies, but has been strongly influenced by subsequent waves of immigration, first from Europe and Africa and later from all over the world. Overall, the most significant culural influences came from northern Europe, especially from the German, English and Irish cultures.[57]
Doesn't seem much of a culture but hey!
-
oh yeah! It's hard to go wrong no matter where you are in Asia.

my friends dragged me to some japanese style restaurant and it was supposed to be all fun in games. they were doing the food test when one person is blind folded and they feed it to them. My friend put like t table spoon of wasabi on this itty bitty sushi rice role. I end up beating her up that night lol
